About The Position
We are looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our office in Centralia. This role is a good fit for someone who likes a consistent schedule, clear responsibilities, and working in a practice where the team knows how to support one another. Our office uses Dentrix and is staffed by 1 Dentist, 1 Hygienist, and 2 Dental Assistants. You will be responsible for hygiene appointments, x-rays, charting, patient education, and helping keep care efficient and thorough throughout the day.
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in Dental Hygiene
- Active Washington Dental Hygienist license
- Ability to take radiographs in line with state requirements
Nice To Haves
- Dentrix experience preferred
- Previous dental office experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance visits
- Take x-rays and assist with patient assessments
- Enter accurate chart notes and treatment details in Dentrix
- Review patient history before appointments
- Explain oral hygiene instructions in a clear and practical way
- Maintain treatment room cleanliness and readiness
