Requirements

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude

Nice To Haves

• Experience in general or implant dentistry
• Familiarity with digital systems and modern dental technology

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care including cleanings, scaling, and root planing
• Perform periodontal charting and patient assessments
• Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate clinical records
• Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and treatment needs
• Partner closely with the doctor to support diagnosis and treatment planning
• Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience every visit
