About The Position
We are seeking a Dental Hygienist for a full-time role. This position is responsible for delivering preventive dental care, taking radiographs, documenting findings in Dentrix, and helping patients better understand their oral health. With 1 Dentist, 1 Hygienist, and 2 Dental Assistants on staff, our office offers a team-based setting where each role contributes to a consistent and professional patient experience. We would love to connect with someone who is ready to bring solid clinical skills and a steady presence to our office.
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in Dental Hygiene
- Active Washington Dental Hygienist license
- Current CPR certification
Nice To Haves
- Experience using Dentrix preferred
- Previous dental office experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform routine hygiene procedures and patient cleanings
- Take dental x-rays and record findings accurately
- Maintain charting and treatment notes in Dentrix
- Review health histories and confirm patient readiness for treatment
- Identify signs of oral health issues and report them to the dentist
- Educate patients on preventive care and home hygiene routines
