We're currently seeking a Full-Time Dental Hygienist (4 days per week) to join our growing Plattsburgh practice. Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene (required)
- Valid New York State Dental Hygienist License (required)
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Reliable transportation to Plattsburgh (and Catskill when needed)
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric dental experience preferred
- Current CPR certification (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide gentle, thorough cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealant applications
- Conduct oral health assessments and screenings
- Educate children and parents about proper oral hygiene and preventive care
- Maintain accurate patient records and charting
- Ensure a clean, safe, and kid-friendly environment
- Collaborate closely with dentists, assistants, and front office staff
- Provide occasional front desk support when needed
