We're seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and energetic Dental Hygienist to join our growing team full-time. Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate: $60–$65/hour (commensurate with experience) Comprehensive Benefits Package, including: 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance, FSA, and HSA Options Employee Discounts & Referral Bonus Program Supportive, Positive Team Culture Schedule Full-Time - open to adding more days if desired Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible scheduling available) Your Role As a valued member of our hygiene team, you'll: Provide gentle, thorough cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants Conduct oral health assessments and screenings Educate children and parents on proper hygiene habits and preventive care Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment Collaborate closely with our dentists, assistants, and front office staff Offer occasional front desk support when needed Qualifications Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene (Required) Active NYS Dental Hygienist License (Required) Pediatric experience preferred (but we'll train the right person!) Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene (Required)
- Active NYS Dental Hygienist License (Required)
- Reliable transportation to Malone
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Team-oriented, positive, and reliable
