About The Position

ImageCare Dental is now hiring a Full Time Dental Financial Coordinator in Plano, TX! We are seeking a Dental Financial Coordinator to p rovide exceptional customer service and maintains a highly professional demeanor both on the phone and in person. Our patients frequently have questions regarding treatment and copays, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable discussing financial matters clearly, confidently, and professionally. Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 3 or more years dental billing experience in large volume setting
  • Experience with practice management software (Dentrix preferred)
  • Understanding of dental terminology and applicable dental codes
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
  • Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
