Requirements
- 5+ years of Dental Assistant experience is required
- Must hold an active Texas RDA license and a valid Radiology certification
- Open to travel as needed
- Knowledge of state-by-state regulations
- Experience with back-office functions, including sterilization, medication ordering, and infection control
- Understanding of Texas Radiation and Dental OSHA regulations, operator training, and scheduling equipment performance evaluations
Nice To Haves
- Lead RDA/EFDA experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Compliance: OSHA, HIPAA & state radiation training
- Procurement: Working with our preferred vendors, price analytics, lab analytics, and equipment preventative maintenance training
- Training back-office staff on clinical procedures
