Job Overview The Director of Dental Clinic Operations is responsible for the efficient operation of all front and back office functions at brick-and-mortar dental clinic locations, including scheduling, reporting, sterilization, and Epic utilization. This role also involves coordinating tasks and strategic initiatives across various functions to ensure seamless operations and workflows. The Director supports in driving outcomes and meeting organizational strategic goals under the Quality, Service, Finance, and People categories.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Administration, or other health-related fields required.
A minimum of 10 years’ total experience in dental practices is required.
A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience is required, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience managing multiple office locations.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial management, program development, personnel management or project management, and quality management required.
