In this role, you’ll assist the dentist with patient care, perform clinical and technical procedures under supervision, prepare treatment areas, and document procedures using both electronic and paper records. Clinical & Patient Care Experience Skilled in assisting with procedures and exams, supporting dentists in delivering high-quality care. Experienced in preparing treatment areas, managing instruments, and documenting procedures accurately. Communicates treatment needs clearly to patients and parents, helping everyone feel comfortable and confident. Customer Service & Interpersonal Skills Loves working with children and creating a fun, friendly, and reassuring environment for young patients. Builds trusting, positive relationships with patients and families, making each visit a pleasant experience. Operational & Technical Skills Proficient in daily office workflow, scheduling, and maintaining organized records. Requirements

  • Active Arkansas Dental Assistant licenses
  • CPR certification
  • 1+ years of Dental Assisting preferred
