Requirements
- Valid Dental Assisting Certification highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset.
- Ability to adapt to different doctor preferences and workflows.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist with both family and cosmetic procedures, including prepping treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, taking X-rays, and more.
- Deliver excellent patient care by greeting, reassuring, and educating patients about oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
- Maintain clinical records accurately and assist with charting and documentation.
- Support practice operations by helping with inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring treatment rooms are clean and well-stocked.
- Work collaboratively with all team members to ensure patient comfort and efficient flow of the day.
- Opportunity to advance into a Clinical Manager role that includes coaching, training, schedule coordination, and supervising staff.
