About The Position

Dental Assistant (Full-Time) Integrative Dentistry of Chester County Join a modern, biosafe dental practice focused on whole-body health and advanced technology. Integrative Dentistry of Chester County is seeking an upbeat, motivated Dental Assistant to join our collaborative team. We are a biosafe practice that blends holistic, biological, and conventional dentistry to provide patients with a safer, healthier dental experience. Our newly updated, technology-forward office is designed with both patient wellness and team efficiency in mind—free from toxic materials and built around modern dental solutions. Position Overview Type: Full-Time (32–35 hours/week) Compensation: $20–$25/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Team members arrive 30 minutes prior to start time)

Requirements

• Positive, upbeat personality with strong communication skills
• Experience in a technology-forward dental environment
• Proficiency in: Restorative procedures, Four-handed dentistry, Sterilization and infection control, Digital X-ray systems
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, patient-focused practice

Nice To Haves

• SoftDent experience and front desk exposure are a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside support (four-handed dentistry) during restorative procedures
• Assist with digital X-rays and modern dental technology
• Follow and uphold strict biosafe sterilization protocols
• Support a smooth patient experience from start to finish
• Collaborate with the doctor, hygienists, and front desk team as needed
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
