Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Valid Pennsylvania dental license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to patient-centered care

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in restorative procedures — root canals, crowns, and implants are a strong plus
• Invisalign certification or experience is highly valued as aligner demand continues to grow
