Requirements
- Active Washington State Dental Assistant License (required)
- Orthodontic assisting experience is a must
- Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
- Flexible to travel between locations
- A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time
Responsibilities
- Assist chairside with efficiency and confidence
- Take digital scans, X-rays, and impressions with accuracy
- Keep operatories turning over smoothly and on time
- Guide patients through treatment with professionalism and ease
- Support a seamless, well-organized clinical flow
