About The Position

Full-time Dental Assistant (DA) Elmhurst Dental is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time Dental Assistant (DA) to join our team! As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentists and other team members to provide exceptional dental care to our patients as well as perform light administrative duties. We have a small team so each of us are cross-trained to help in every department. Elmhurst Dental: 333 W 1st St Elmhurst, IL 60126 Schedule: Monday: 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM Tuesday: 7:00 AM-2:30 PM Wednesday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM E/O Sat 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM Compensation: $19-$22 per hour (Commensurate with Experience) Bright Direction Dental is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the health and well-being of our employees. Requirements

  • X-Ray certification in state of Illinois preferred
  • Coronal Polish/Sealant Certification preferred but not required
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry procedures
  • Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
  • CPR certification
  • Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
  • Integrity-focused work ethic
  • Team-player attitude
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback
