Exciting new position as a Dementia Caregiver HomeWell Care Services : Office 386-871-1975 MUST BE CAREING AND ABLET TO ENGAGE WITH CLIENTS FULL TIME / PART TIME / AND PRN HOURS AVAILABLE LOOKING FOR CAREGIVERS IN VOLUSIA / FLAGLER AND ST JOHN COUNTIES WE OFFER SEVERAL PROGRAMS TO OUR CLIENTS THAT FIT THEIR NEEDS Experience with Dementia +5 years Experience with ADL's and IADL's Experience with lift to pivot stands and transfers are needed RELIABLE and DEPENDABILITY IS A MUST!!! Requirements
- MUST BE CAREING AND ABLET TO ENGAGE WITH CLIENTS
- Experience with Dementia +5 years
- Experience with ADL's and IADL's
- Experience with lift to pivot stands and transfers are needed
- RELIABLE and DEPENDABILITY IS A MUST!!!
- Level II Background Screening is Required
Responsibilities
- Travel throughout Volusia/ Flagler and St. John Counties
- Need to adapt to different stages of Dementia
- Visit every Dementia Caregiver 1-2 times per month
- Provide support with activities and games assigned
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients in need of assistance.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
