Exciting new position as a Dementia Caregiver HomeWell Care Services : Office 386-871-1975 MUST BE CAREING AND ABLET TO ENGAGE WITH CLIENTS FULL TIME / PART TIME / AND PRN HOURS AVAILABLE LOOKING FOR CAREGIVERS IN VOLUSIA / FLAGLER AND ST JOHN COUNTIES WE OFFER SEVERAL PROGRAMS TO OUR CLIENTS THAT FIT THEIR NEEDS Experience with Dementia +5 years Experience with ADL's and IADL's Experience with lift to pivot stands and transfers are needed RELIABLE and DEPENDABILITY IS A MUST!!! Requirements

MUST BE CAREING AND ABLET TO ENGAGE WITH CLIENTS
Experience with Dementia +5 years
Experience with ADL's and IADL's
Experience with lift to pivot stands and transfers are needed
RELIABLE and DEPENDABILITY IS A MUST!!!

If you have a Level II background on file and your hired you will be added to our employment roster
No Level II background on file you will be required to obtain one with a provisional hire date.

Responsibilities

Travel throughout Volusia/ Flagler and St. John Counties
Need to adapt to different stages of Dementia
Visit every Dementia Caregiver 1-2 times per month
Provide support with activities and games assigned
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients in need of assistance.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
