Responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering replacement/ repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order. Includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping, sometimes in a shop structure. Includes craft & non craft labour as well as manager roles responsible solely for these activities. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.). Job Description Roles and Responsibilities The Demand Scheduler is responsible for managing all service-related activities to fulfill the refurbished parts demands. This role encompasses spare parts management, transactional order fulfillment, and direct people management, including staffing and performance development. The Demand Scheduler utilizes in-depth technical knowledge and analytical thinking to execute policy and strategy, staying aware of best practices and market competition. They propose solutions for complicated manufacturing processes, act as a resource for colleagues, lead small projects, and convey performance expectations.
