We currently have an opening for a Demand Planning Manager to join our team located at our corporate headquarters in Lake Forest, IL. Responsibilities Your role: The Demand Planning Manager is a highly visible and strategically critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the demand planning functions for a Reynolds business unit. This position plays a crucial role in driving the evolution and execution of the S&OP process with a focus on forecast accuracy, forecast attainment, cross-functional alignment and reporting. The Manager will analyze data and processes, find creative solutions and communicate with both internal and external customers. You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen! Manage and mentor a demand planner ensuring alignment with current processes and strategic business goals. Own and facilitate the demand planning cycle within the S&OP process through collaboration with senior leaders across Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply chain to align on consensus forecasts and business assumptions. Lead a Monthly Demand Review Presentation to senior leaders across Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain. Provide executive-level insights and recommendations through robust analysis of demand trends, risks, and opportunities. Influence inventory, service, and revenue outcomes. Evaluate and incorporate various Customer and category data inputs; consumption, warehouse inventory, store level inventories and aggregate category insights You will love it here if… You put safety first, always.
