Requirements
- Currently enrolled as an incoming Junior or Senior at an accredited college or university
- Minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong communication, writing & time management skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Responsibilities
- Learn functionalities of Demand Planning including inventory availability, allocation & replenishment theory & inventory flow.
- Contribute to key projects: Work on real-world projects, making impactful contributions to the business
- Assist in Strategic Initiatives: Learn, develop, and implement ideas based off Blain's Pillars
- Engage in cross-functional teams: Collaborate with different functions to understand how cross functional support contributes to the overall success of the business
- Support Daily Operations: Assist the team with day-to-day task to gain insight on the departments process
- Present Your Findings: Deliver a presentation of your project and research to key stakeholders
- Receive mentor and coaching: Work closely with your mentor receiving feedback and guidance to help you navigate your career path
- Participate in hands-on workshops: Led by industry experts, gain valuable insights and skills to equip you for success in the professional world
