About The Position

About Confido Confido is building an AI-native operating system for brands that sell into brick-and-mortar retail. We're building intuitive and powerful software paired with AI agents that help brands like Baskin Robbins and Olipop automate the 1000s of hours of tedious manual work that goes into scaling a brand in retail. We have best-in-class growth, efficiency, and we've recently raised a $15M Series A to build on the existing momentum. The Role Location: New York, NY (relocation assistance available) Compensation: $150,000 and $200,000 + Benefits + Equity (.15% - .25%) We're seeking a seasoned demand planning professional from the CPG world to join us as a functional expert. In this unique role, you'll help bridge the gap between product, customer support, and go-to-market teams. You'll have outsized influence on how technology shapes the future of demand planning across the CPG landscape. You will report to the Head of Business Operations.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on demand planning experience at CPG brands, including direct responsibility for forecast generation, demand-supply collaboration, and S&OP processes
Deep functional expertise in demand planning methodologies, forecasting techniques, and planning systems
Understanding of how demand planning connects to broader supply chain, finance, and commercial objectives
Comfortable working with data and analytics tools
Excited by ambiguity, fast paced environments, and cross-functional collaboration
Willingness to work at our NYC Headquarters 5 days a week

Responsibilities

Partner with product and engineering team to inform roadmap priorities, validate designs, and ensure we're solving real CPG demand planning challenges
Synthesize customer feedback and market intelligence into actionable product insights
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them to optimize workflows, solve challenges, and maximize platform value
Collaborate with sales & marketing teams on key go-to-market activities including discovery calls, content generation and educational materials, running webinars, etc.
