The successful candidate will support the implementation and continuous improvement of an effective and sustainable Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP, S&OP) process across Process Technology integrating demand planning, supply planning, production planning, inventory planning, and life cycle management into a common plan. The role will focus on Sales, Inventory and Operational Planning (SIOP) with particular emphasis on consensus demand planning and long-term demand planning. Supports the facilitation of the Process Technology Executive SIOP meetings and ensures that each business unit matures the SIOP process each year. The role will also be responsible to mature the Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) process focused on short-term horizon as well. Must be capable of translating objectives into a deliverable strategy to achieve business goals and create a competitive advantage of the product portfolio. Focusing on building a world-class team, utilizing and deploying lean techniques, driving continuous improvement activities and achievement of superior performance across all KPIs (Key Performance Initiatives). Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of an effective and sustainable Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP, S&OP) process across Process Technology integrating demand planning, supply planning, production planning, inventory planning, and life cycle management into a common plan.
  • Focus on Sales, Inventory and Operational Planning (SIOP) with particular emphasis on consensus demand planning and long-term demand planning.
  • Support the facilitation of the Process Technology Executive SIOP meetings and ensures that each business unit matures the SIOP process each year.
  • Mature the Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) process focused on short-term horizon as well.
