Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Mathematics, Distribution, or related field--or equivalent experience.
• 1--3 years of experience in forecasting or supply planning preferred.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Critical thinking and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

• Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Power BI and JD Edwards is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Analyze & Forecast: Dive into sales history and business intelligence to build long-term demand plans.
• Drive Accuracy: Monitor forecast performance and implement improvements that make a real difference.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Be a key player in our monthly S&OP meetings, aligning product, demand, supply, and executive teams.
• Support Innovation: Integrate new product launches, limited-time offers, and transitions into your forecasts.
• Report & Communicate: Generate supply chain metrics and reports that guide strategic decisions.
• Lead & Support Projects: Contribute to planning initiatives and support high-impact strategic projects.
