This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States. Preference is given to candidates located near a FCB hub such as Raleigh, Charlotte, or Phoenix. The Demand Management Analyst is a critical operational role within the Enterprise Digital team, responsible for creating and managing the end-to-end intake review process for requests coming from both the Commercial and Consumer banking segments. This position serves as the central coordination point for demand across the organization, ensuring all requests are properly documented, routed, evaluated and tracked through to approval and eventual delivery. Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and product partners, you will maintain the operational backbone of our demand management function. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, process-driven analyst who thrives on bringing order to complexity and enabling smooth cross-functional collaboration. You'll gain exposure to digital banking strategy, technology portfolio management, and enterprise-wide prioritization while building foundational skills in project and product management.
