We are seeking a Demand Management Senior Analyst to lead and support the strategic implementation and operational oversight of demand forecasting management, and dispatch coordination across all Independent System Operators (ISOs), as well as various utility-based transmission peak programs. This position requires precise forecasting and effective dispatch management, enabling CPower customers to optimize energy cost savings in future years. A comprehensive understanding of ISO and utility regulations pertaining to demand management and their implications on customer engagement within CPower’s portfolio of demand response products is essential. Based on candidate location, our primary preference is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence at our Baltimore, MD location three days per week (Tues/Wed/Thurs). Our secondary preference is remote.
