About the Demand Generation Specialist role: As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will sit at the intersection of content strategy, SEO, and demand generation, owning programs that put LoadSpring’s brand in front of the right people at exactly the right moment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in demand generation, content marketing, or a related B2B marketing role.
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals, including topic clustering, semantic optimization, internal linking, and on-page best practices.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI search environments and how platforms and a proactive approach to optimizing for them.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
  • Experience interviewing subject matter experts and translating complex or technical topics into clear, compelling customer-facing narratives.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (HubSpot a plus).
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS or technology environment strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • HubSpot certified preferred

Responsibilities

  • Execute ongoing content optimization strategies to strengthen organic search visibility and domain authority.
  • Research and identify content gaps, keyword opportunities, and emerging search trends to continuously improve our presence.
  • Monitor and analyze organic performance metrics, search rankings, and AI visibility signals, translating data into actionable optimization recommendations.
  • Assist in the end-to-end content production process.
  • Interview internal subject matter experts, product leaders, and customer-facing teams to extract technical insights and customer narratives and transform them into audience-first content.
  • Produce a range of content formats, including blog posts, white papers, AEO-optimized Q&A responses, case studies, and thought leadership pieces that build brand credibility and drive inbound demand.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned to campaign priorities, buyer journey stages, and search opportunities.
  • Ensure all content reflects brand voice, is optimized for both human readers and AI search environments.
  • Support multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid, organic, and social to drive awareness, leads, and pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Sales to understand buyer pain points, objections, and content needs to ensure content programs support the full funnel.
  • Track and report on content and campaign performance.
