Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience executing campaigns using marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot
  • Experience using prospecting or enrichment tools such as Apollo
  • Familiarity with campaign channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, and webinar promotion
  • Experience building and managing targeted prospect lists aligned to ICP and buyer personas
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify optimization opportunities
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving SaaS environment with a lean marketing team

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize B2B demand generation campaigns targeting retail and consumer goods decision makers.
  • Execute digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, webinars, and content promotion
  • Build campaign workflows, forms, and landing pages inside HubSpot
  • Manage campaign setup end-to-end including segmentation, targeting, messaging alignment, and performance tracking
  • Support promotion of thought leadership, research reports, webinars, and industry events
  • Move quickly from campaign concept to execution while maintaining strong data hygiene and tracking
  • Develop a strong understanding of DemandTec’s buyers, market segments, and ideal customer profile.
  • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using Apollo and CRM data
  • Research companies and decision makers across retail and CPG organizations
  • Align campaign targeting to priority industries, account tiers, and buying personas
  • Translate ICP insights into actionable campaign lists and segmentation strategies
  • Continuously refine audience targeting based on campaign engagement and pipeline outcomes
  • Operate within DemandTec’s marketing technology stack to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and data is captured accurately.
  • Manage campaign infrastructure and workflows in HubSpot
  • Build targeted lists and enrichment workflows using Apollo
  • Maintain campaign tagging, attribution, and lead lifecycle management
  • Ensure clean data flow between marketing automation and CRM systems
  • Support lead routing, scoring, and nurture workflows
  • Own ongoing optimization of website and campaign landing pages to support evolving messaging, active campaigns, and ICP-specific conversion paths, continuously improving engagement and lead capture.
  • Own campaign tracking and performance analysis across demand generation initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance across channels including email, paid media, and events
  • Analyze engagement, conversion rates, and MQL generation
  • Identify optimization opportunities across targeting, messaging, and offers
  • Run ongoing campaign experiments and A/B tests
  • Focus optimization efforts on lead quality, pipeline contribution, and conversion, not vanity metrics
  • Continuously improve campaign conversion paths by optimizing forms, landing page flows, and calls-to-action to increase lead quality and conversion to pipeline.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to support effective go-to-market execution.
  • Partner with Marketing leadership on campaign strategy and execution priorities
  • Collaborate with product marketing and content teams to align messaging and assets
  • Coordinate with sales team to support lead follow-up and targeting alignment
  • Share campaign insights that inform messaging, segmentation, and future programs
  • Help build a scalable and efficient demand generation motion for DemandTec.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign workflows, targeting, and execution processes
  • Contribute to internal best practices for campaign development and marketing automation
  • Support the ongoing development of DemandTec’s marketing infrastructure and campaign playbooks
  • Continuously look for ways to increase campaign speed, efficiency, and pipeline impact
