Requirements

8+ years of experience in growth marketing or equivalent, with a solid track record of successful campaign execution.
Demonstrated success in driving sales pipeline and revenue through effective marketing strategies.
Experience working in a collaborative, pod-like team structure, engaging various stakeholders.
Strong understanding of customer psychology with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
Proficient in data analysis tools such as Adobe Analytics and Qlik, along with Excel.
Experience in designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests with measurable outcomes.
Results-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for meeting aggressive goals and solving complex challenges.
Ability to influence and collaborate in a matrixed environment.
