Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing or equivalent, with a solid track record of successful campaign execution.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales pipeline and revenue through effective marketing strategies.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, pod-like team structure, engaging various stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of customer psychology with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools such as Adobe Analytics and Qlik, along with Excel.
  • Experience in designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests with measurable outcomes.
  • Results-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for meeting aggressive goals and solving complex challenges.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate in a matrixed environment.
