Pop! Promos is looking to add a Demand Generation Manager to our growing team! As the Demand Generation Manager, you will lead Pop!'s end-to-end demand engine, owning everything from strategic planning to campaign execution, analytics, and optimization. You'll work closely with the Director of Marketing to develop integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and pipeline growth across paid media, content, ABM, webinars, and events. You'll manage a creative, high-performing marketing team while partnering directly with Sales, Business Operations, and Product Development to ensure every campaign resonates with our customers and moves revenue forward. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 5 - 8+ years of experience in B2B or B2B2C marketing, with at least 3+ years of people management experience
  • Strong working knowledge of paid media channels, ABM strategies, and content marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or similar).
  • Demonstrated ability to build integrated campaigns that drive measurable pipeline impact.
  • Comfort with data analysis and a genuine conviction that decisions should be rooted in metrics, not hunches.
  • Self motivated and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the overall demand generation strategy across campaigns, paid media, content, ABM, webinars, and events.
  • Build integrated, multi-channel programs that drive awareness, engagement, qualified lead generation, and pipeline growth.
  • Oversee campaigns from concept through execution, ensuring messaging, creative, and channel strategy align with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to the Director of Marketing.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Product Development to ensure campaigns resonate and support overall strategy.
  • Set and track KPIs including lead volume, funnel conversion rates, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and campaign ROI
  • Manage and coach a creative marketing team - setting expectations, developing talent, and fostering ownership and accountability
  • Partner with Business Operations on automation, lead scoring, attribution, data quality, and marketing technology enhancements.
