About The Position

Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for driving growth through digital campaigns and data-driven insights? Corporate One is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to lead initiatives that attract and convert prospects through targeted marketing strategies, compelling content, and marketing automation. This role is key to supporting our revenue goals by aligning closely with sales and internal teams to deliver measurable results. You’ll start your day reviewing campaign metrics and conversion goals, identifying opportunities to optimize performance and drive pipeline growth. Midday might involve building email campaigns, updating website content, launching A/B tests, or identifying new target audiences. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams—content, product marketing, and sales—to develop compelling assets and messaging that resonate with key audiences. The afternoon may include launching targeted campaigns across paid media, email, and social channels. This role offers a dynamic mix of creativity, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, and campaign management.
  • Proven experience with CMS platforms and marketing automation tools (Kentico and Salesforce Account Engagement preferred).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and attention to detail.
  • A motivated self-starter who can strategize, create, implement and report on marketing campaigns that drive revenue.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications in digital marketing or marketing automation (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce) are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web publishing standards.
  • Experience with analytics tools and A/B testing platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation strategies to support product, service, and revenue growth.
  • Own and optimize the lead generation funnel, including campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure alignment on lead quality, handoff processes, and feedback loops.
  • Manage and update website content using a CMS, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
  • Build and deploy email campaigns, landing pages, and forms using marketing automation tools.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and conversion rates.
  • Support lead nurturing workflows and segmentation strategies.
  • Assist with basic design tasks using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, timelines, and asset libraries.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
