The role of the Demand Generation Manager will require a high-performing individual who lives and breathes B2B paid media performance. This role is 100% focused on owning and optimizing paid media campaigns that drive measurable revenue growth. You will be the go-to expert for paid media like LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, leveraging data and strategy to fuel B2B lead-to-sale pipelines. This is a hands-on position with clear accountability for ROI, leads and revenue contribution, and campaign excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, mathematics, and/or engineering fields.
  • Over 5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, successfully managing and scaling marketing programs for companies exceeding $100M in annual revenue.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing digital paid channels, including LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, delivering consistent, measurable ROI.
  • Experience setting up and optimizing conversion tracking integrations to ensure accurate performance measurement and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B lead-to-sale cycle and ability to apply ROI-driven optimizations.
  • Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot and Google Analytics.
  • Advanced analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and leadership.
  • Eager to learn and stay updated on paid media trends.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in pest control, home services, or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns, starting with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, expanding into other channels.
  • Continuously test, analyze, and refine campaigns to maximize conversion rates, lead quality, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Apply deep understanding of the B2B lead-to-sale cycle to align campaigns with pipeline growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Marketing team to understand the industry and products, and design data-driven strategies that align with business goals and KPIs.
  • Monitor performance metrics across platforms, integrating Salesforce, HubSpot and Google Analytics data to measure campaign impact.
  • Provide clear, actionable reporting that drives decision-making and campaign innovation.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging paid media opportunities to maintain competitive advantage.
