About The Position

Bectran is seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Demand Generation Specialist to accelerate customer acquisition and drive measurable business growth. This role is primarily focused on planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns and email programs, with a strong emphasis on marketing automation and performance analysis. As part of our marketing team, you'll work cross-functionally with product development and sales teams to fuel pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing with hands-on execution of email marketing, marketing automation, and digital campaigns (B2B SaaS experience preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign performance data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with multi-channel digital marketing tactics (email, SEM, paid digital, content-driven campaigns)
  • Hands-on experience with email and marketing automation platforms

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns with a primary focus on email marketing, marketing automation, and landing page experiences.
  • Translate high-level strategy into executable campaigns, workflows, audiences, and schedules.
  • Build and maintain marketing automation workflows and basic lead scoring/segmentation to nurture prospects through the buyer’s journey.
  • Collaborate on campaign assets (email copy, landing pages, nurture content) to ensure consistent, high-quality messaging.
  • Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversion, pipeline impact), run A/B tests, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
  • Own day-to-day execution in the marketing automation and email tools, and support paid digital efforts (e.g., search/display) as needed for campaign execution and reporting. SEO & Ads Management:
  • Create, plan, manage, and optimize integrated campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and content syndication.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using advanced analytics to optimize effectiveness and find improvement areas.
