Our Supply Chain team ensures inventory is consistently available to meet customer demand. We coordinate all aspects of supply through supply planning, sourcing, making, inventory management, packaging and delivery. We partner across the Marketing, Finance, and Manufacturing organizations to build a robust demand and supply plan and ensure we get products to the right customer, at the place, at the right time. The Demand Fulfillment Planner is responsible for managing the supply chain for a set of products to ensure inventory is available to fulfill customer demand. In this role, the planner will be responsible for supply planning, demand management, and inventory management. The Demand Fulfillment Planner acts as the integration point between the company's Manufacturing Division and the commercial organization and participates in the S&OP process with key counterparts in Marketing, Finance and Manufacturing to achieve a consensus demand and supply plan for assigned products.

Requirements

  • Candidates must have completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the following: Supply Chain / Logistics, Pharmacy, Engineering, Biotechnology, Business, or similar field.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Finance to review and understand drivers behind demand forecasts, and historical sales trends.
  • Review and analyze demand forecasts provided by Business Alliance Management and Authorized Generic partners (where applicable).
  • Monitor supply plans to exceed customer service levels while maintaining inventory targets and adhering to planning parameters.
  • Manage resolution and communication of demand/supply imbalances through close collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, Distribution & Logistics, Marketing and Finance.
  • Maintain demand and supply planning systems with a focus on data accuracy.
  • Participate in Market /Brand S&OP.
  • Ensure continuous improvement and drive changes, in order to support an evolving corporation for assigned products.
  • Manage order fulfillment in 0-12 week horizon.
  • Monitor Inventory Replenishment Levels (IRL) for Finished Goods
  • Manage supply exceptions/escalations via Rapid Response (RR) and SCEM (Supply Chain Escalation Management) tool.
  • Communicate with Demand Planning (DP) regarding regional Finished Goods allocations
  • Manage post release activities to ensure product arrives to last internal customer / direct to customer on time and in full (OTIF)
  • Expedite deliveries, as necessary, to meet customer demand
  • Manage, Site Tier 2, Tier 3, and/or Regional Tier 4
  • Execute Finished Goods Inventory of Questionable Value (IQV) process
  • Drive Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the customers
  • Manage Artwork, Last Authorized Shipping Date (LASD), and Expiry to minimize discards
