Learn more at www.hbfuller.com. H.B. Fuller is hiring a Delivery and Warehouse Worker to support warehouse operations and product transportation. This role combines inventory handling, equipment operation, and local delivery tasks. Candidates must prioritize safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. This position will be assigned to a client distribution center located in Mukilteo, Washington. Day Shift- 7:00a- 3:00p, Monday- Friday Rate of Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour based on experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- 1+ year experience in warehouse or delivery operations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use digital tools (e.g., GPS, inventory systems)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.; willing to undergo background/drug screening
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of commercial driving experience
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain
- Experience with SAP or Warehouse Management Systems
- Lean Six Sigma familiarity
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store raw materials and supplies
- Pick, pack, and prepare stock for shipment
- Load/unload trucks and transport goods between facilities
- Operate forklifts and digital warehouse systems
- Monitor equipment and follow lockout/tagout procedures
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and integrity
- Comply with delivery schedules, routes, and safety regulations
- Document driving logs, inspections, and delivery instructions
