About The Position

The Delivery & Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing inventory flow, storage organization, and inter-unit deliveries across High Flying Foods’ three SMF Airport restaurants. This role coordinates closely with restaurant managers to fulfill supply needs, maintains secure and compliant storage operations, and supervises two Utility Runners to execute daily logistics, stocking, and light maintenance tasks. The position requires hands-on work, strong organization, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced airport environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of management experience in warehouse, delivery, logistics, maintenance, or similar role
  • Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and supervise others effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
  • Ability to operate or learn to operate warehouse equipment or machinery
  • Ability to lift and move 100+ pounds regularly
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and kneel for extended periods
  • Comfortable working across multiple locations within an airport setting
  • Must be able to pass a Criminal Records History Check and Security Threat Assessment (STA) to obtain an airport-issued badge and show proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with restaurant managers to determine inventory needs and delivery timelines
  • Supervise and direct two Utility Runners to complete daily delivery, stocking, and support tasks
  • Receive incoming shipments from the loading dock and transport through security to storage areas
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and restaurant locations according to pull lists
  • Maintain organized, clean, and well-stocked storage and back-of-house areas, ensuring proper product rotation and food safety standards
  • Restock items including beverages, grab-and-go products, plateware, and operational supplies
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks within the restaurants
  • Collect and dispose of refuse in accordance with company and airport standards
  • Move, store, or dispose of heavy equipment such as kegs, POS equipment, and signage
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and airport security regulations, including proper handling of equipment and sharp objects
  • Support daily operational needs across multiple locations and perform other duties as assigned
