Envoy Air is seeking a Supervisor, Airport Services to coordinate day-to-day station operations. This role involves leading and organizing Agents/Clerks to ensure a safe working environment and on-time dependability. The Supervisor supports the Manager in meeting operational performance targets and monitoring the station budget. Key responsibilities include formulating administrative/operational policies, standardizing procedures for efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company and government regulations. The Supervisor will investigate and resolve customer service and operational issues, participate in operational conference calls and audits, and prepare various reports. Coordination with local airport management, regulatory agencies, and other internal staff is also required. The position involves maintaining records such as time and attendance, personnel files, and performance, as well as providing guidance, coaching, and counseling to employees. Supervisors are expected to work in the operation during peak or irregular periods as needed.
