The Delivery Specialist primary role in the dealership is to respond to customers that inquire about a vehicle advertised on-line utilizing phone and email methods. The Sale Advisor works with customers who visit the store directly taking them through the initial buying process through to the final sale.

Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
  • Must have a valid Driver's License
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience utilizing and maintaining a customer relations management database
  • Prior automotive sales or retail experience, customer service, call center, or business development experience a plus
  • Bi-lingual is strongly encouraged
  • Self-motivated and a team player

Responsibilities

  • Contacting and communicating with customers to identify needs using the Asbury trade up & delivery process
  • Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
  • Follows up with clients to ensure understanding and anticipate additional technology needs
  • Provides front-line support to clients with complex technology questions or concerns during the ownership experience.
  • Maintains client records in CRM to accurately show re-delivery appointments, phone calls made or emails sent.
  • Make outbound phone calls to follow up with customers on inquiry, after the sale, and for repeat business
  • Maintains a high degree of product and technical knowledge, including information about all products, resources, features, benefits, applications and competitive vehicle technology and reviews.
  • Troubleshoots vehicle technology and vehicle system features.
  • Resolves client inquiries for vehicle technology issues and/or concerns.
  • Partners with the service department and contacts all customers through the dealership on their experience, supporting good SSI results and positive Google reviews.
