About The Position

The Faulkner Automotive Group is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Delivery Specialist to join our team at our Subaru Mechanicsburg location! Faulkner has won a combined 60+ Best Places to Work Awards. As a Delivery Specialist, you will assist customers with the technology involved with their new purchase! In this position, you will work directly with our customers to explain and demonstrate the different options and technology available on Subaru products, as well as take them on test drives and help them with the technology. Many of our customers research our products and services online, so we are looking specifically for candidates that are comfortable working with different levels of technology to help engage new customers and retain current customers. You will be responsible for interfacing with customers before, during and after purchase, so we are looking for candidates with great customer service skills! This position is paid hourly plus commission. The typical schedule for a Delivery Specialist is Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week.

Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a clean, valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service is highly preferred!
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to understand manufacturer’s specifications.
