About The Position

Carter Lumber is seeking a CDL Delivery Specialist to join their team. This role offers a stable, predictable schedule allowing you to be home every night, fostering a consistent life at home while building a successful trucking career. As a CDL Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for safely and timely transporting orders to local customer jobsites using the company's well-maintained, company-owned fleet. You will ensure daily delivery schedules are met and provide friendly, professional customer service. On site, you will unload materials using a dump bed or truck-mounted forklift to place them precisely where the customer needs them. Requirements

• Previous delivery experience, preferably with building materials
• Experience operating a truck-mounted forklift
• An acceptable driving record and a current CDL license
• Ability to be a team player

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with building materials and delivery equipment is preferred

Responsibilities
