About The Position

The Delivery Service Dispatcher will focus on generating cases for billing disputes and servicing CO2 tanks. Key responsibilities include logging calls, creating service tickets, scheduling and dispatching service, and assisting with billing disputes, gas refills, and equipment safety issues. This role demands accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. The training program consists of three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on training with a supervisor.

Requirements

• Experience in dispatch and logistics coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic computer navigation skills.
• Strong clerical and manual order entry skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities
