About The Position

The Delivery Service Dispatcher will focus on generating cases for billing disputes and servicing CO2 tanks. The role involves logging calls, creating service tickets, scheduling and dispatching service, and assisting with billing disputes, gas refills, and equipment safety issues. This position demands accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. The role includes a comprehensive training program with three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on training with a supervisor.

Requirements

• Customer service experience.
• Dispatch and logistics coordination experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer navigation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules.
• Basic computer literacy and quick learning of new systems.

Responsibilities

• Generate cases for billing disputes and CO2 tank service.
• Log calls and create service tickets efficiently.
• Schedule and dispatch service personnel as needed.
