Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems while handling calls
• Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls in a call center environment
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and equipment repairs
• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department
• Document all customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions accurately
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and quality standards on every call
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective customer solutions
