About The Position

The Customer Service Representative will focus on generating cases for billing disputes and servicing equipment. Responsibilities include logging calls, creating service tickets, scheduling and dispatching service, and assisting with billing disputes, gas refills, and equipment safety issues. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Training includes three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on training with a supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Log incoming service calls accurately.
  • Create and manage service tickets.
  • Schedule and dispatch service personnel efficiently.
  • Assist in resolving billing disputes.
  • Coordinate gas refills and ensure equipment safety.
