About The Position

Supporting drivers out of our Malvern and Spring City locations.- 57 Lancaster Ave, Malvern, PA 19355- 3361 Schuylkill Rd, Spring City, PA 19475Job DutiesManage/Support the overall operations of delivered fuels to meet forecasted results Assist with Annual BudgetManage required customer interactions in a timely mannerBuild, lead, and maintain a strong team through effective recruiting, selection, training, communications, performance management, and team member developmentApprove or deny fuel discounts and customer credit requestsWork with competitive urgency to differentiate ourselves from the competitionDevelop residential and commercial price programsAssess and drive improvement in productivity metricsSafetyConduct and document monthly departmental safety meetings with driversAttend quarterly departmental communication meetingsPromote safe and incident-free operations through effective communicationPromote, schedule, and/or facilitate training for all team membersEnsure compliance with all DOT/OSHA regulationsIndividual, Team, and Company Participation Schedule ongoing meetings with driversOne on One's with Director of Delivery OpsAttend / Participate on weekly L10 Department MeetingAttend monthly Team Unity Meeting.Special Events Attendance & SupportAttend monthly PPA meetings RequirementsEducational:Bachelor's degree or 3+ years Industry experience preferredVocational:Previous experience in sales, logistics, driving, marketing, pricing or strategic planningExemplifies and communicates values of initiative, responsibility, caring relationships, integrity, and innovationA strong understanding of business management, financial and leadership principalsAbove average decision-making skills within assigned business unitProficient in computer technology including Microsoft OfficeExcellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skillsPersonal:Valid driver's licenseAccess to a motor vehicle and capacity to travel

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years Industry experience preferred
  • Previous experience in sales, logistics, driving, marketing, pricing or strategic planning
  • Exemplifies and communicates values of initiative, responsibility, caring relationships, integrity, and innovation
  • A strong understanding of business management, financial and leadership principals
  • Above average decision-making skills within assigned business unit
  • Proficient in computer technology including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Access to a motor vehicle and capacity to travel

Responsibilities

  • Manage/Support the overall operations of delivered fuels to meet forecasted results
  • Assist with Annual Budget
  • Manage required customer interactions in a timely manner
  • Build, lead, and maintain a strong team through effective recruiting, selection, training, communications, performance management, and team member development
  • Approve or deny fuel discounts and customer credit requests
  • Work with competitive urgency to differentiate ourselves from the competition
  • Develop residential and commercial price programs
  • Assess and drive improvement in productivity metrics
  • Conduct and document monthly departmental safety meetings with drivers
  • Attend quarterly departmental communication meetings
  • Promote safe and incident-free operations through effective communication
  • Promote, schedule, and/or facilitate training for all team members
  • Ensure compliance with all DOT/OSHA regulations
  • Schedule ongoing meetings with drivers
  • One on One's with Director of Delivery Ops
  • Attend / Participate on weekly L10 Department Meeting
  • Attend monthly Team Unity Meeting
  • Special Events Attendance & Support
  • Attend monthly PPA meetings
