As a Delivery Manager, you will lead high-performing, cross-functional teams delivering impactful digital solutions—from strategy through execution—for clients across the Americas and beyond. This is a strategic leadership role where your decisions directly influence client outcomes, team growth, and Nortal’s expansion in the region. You will partner closely with global stakeholders, drive delivery excellence, and help shape how large-scale digital transformation is executed at Nortal. The role offers remote flexibility within the US, with occasional travel to client sites and internal meetings to maintain strong relationships and delivery alignment.

Requirements

10+ years of consulting experience across multiple client engagements
5+ years of people and delivery management experience
Previous experience as a senior Technical Project Manager or Technical Delivery Manager
Experience managing multiple client accounts with varying client profiles and needs
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field strongly preferred
Proven experience leading distributed delivery across multiple regions and time zones
Strong client-facing capabilities, including managing scope, expectations, and delivery trade-offs
Excellent negotiation, conflict management, and resolution skills
Proven ability to build, organize, and scale teams while maintaining high performance and engagement
Practical experience applying delivery-relevant Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, DAD, etc.) to create high-performance delivery operations
Strong ability to context-switch and provide proactive feedback and communication
Solid technical understanding and relevant industry experience

Nice To Haves

Experience with project financial management, including P&L, planning, forecasting, and analysis, is a plus
Ability to lead and inspire distributed teams across North America, LATAM, and Europe

Responsibilities

Support the Delivery Director with annual account planning, including realistic expectations for team and revenue growth
Partner with the Delivery Director to define yearly financial plans covering account revenue and project margins
Ensure agreed revenue targets are fully aligned with resource and capacity planning
Define delivery KPIs and ensure alignment with client objectives and internal performance targets
Own delivery timelines, budgets, and risk management, with a strong focus on transparency and proactive escalation
Validate delivery plan feasibility from a software delivery perspective
Foster strong collaboration and clarity between technical and business stakeholders
Clearly communicate delivery needs, timelines, and strategies to ensure alignment between client expectations and execution
Understand, manage, and report on project budgets and financial performance
Monitor team capacity and escalate significant deviations from plan to the Delivery Director
Continuously improve delivery practices to drive innovation, efficiency, and measurable business outcomes
Support Client Partners, Customer Success Managers, and the Delivery Director in client proposals and sales activities
Develop realistic delivery timelines and resource plans
Define financial commitments and ensure delivery can be executed within promised budgets
Manage hiring and recruiting for assigned delivery teams
Develop staffing plans aligned with workload and delivery needs
Participate in interviews for consultants within the assigned portfolio
Lead and manage multiple delivery teams simultaneously
Build, organize, and scale teams by monitoring performance, motivating team members, and working closely with HR
Grow and mentor TPMs and TSMs (Team Success Managers), supporting individual growth, client success, and Nortal’s long-term objectives
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party vendors, sales, marketing, and legal teams
Foster a coaching culture where continuous learning, feedback, and professional development are embedded in daily work
Travel or in-person work may be required depending on client engagements or internal events
Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and external partners, managing vendor performance
Communicate effectively across subject areas and provide practical, actionable guidance to all stakeholders
