Delivery Manager

The Delivery Manager oversees daily operations and leads teams to ensure performance goals, service levels, and business metrics are met. This role focuses on people leadership, operational execution, and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- At least three (3) years of management experience.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- High school diploma.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
- U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and coordinate work across teams.
- Lead, coach, and support employees to meet performance goals.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, performance improvement plans (PIPs), conflict resolution, and terminations.
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance metrics.
- Address employee relations issues and identify training needs.
- Prepare and review performance reports and KPIs.
- Work with stakeholders to improve processes and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security requirements.
