About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with over 15 years of robust Project Management expertise to lead our delivery teams in achieving project goals and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of project management methodologies and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage resources, mitigate risks, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Project Management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
• Proven experience in managing large scale projects with a focus on delivery and client satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
• 15+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on delivery management.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross functional teams and managing client relationships.

Nice To Haves

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience in managing projects in a remote work environment.
• Familiarity with industry specific standards and regulations.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on project metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master‿s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end to end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Coordinate cross functional teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to drive project success.
• Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Monitor project performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies, continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
