The Opportunity Indicium AI is hiring a Delivery Manager to lead the execution of client-facing data and AI projects. In this role, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to build delivery plans and ensure that engagements are executed on time, on budget, and with quality. You’ll serve as a central point of communication between Indicium AI and our clients, managing timelines, identifying risks, and helping unblock delivery teams. Job Description Responsible for defining and executing continuous improvement strategies, as well as designing and monitoring performance indicators for the project area, ensuring the achievement of established goals. Oversees the quality control of project management, promoting the adoption of standards and best practices for management and governance, aiming for operational efficiency within the Project Management area. Implements, adapts, and develops methods, processes, tools, templates, and work models that help the project team achieve better results and performance. Develops process improvement projects and new standards, ensuring their communication and documentation, and promoting training actions within the team regarding management methods and best practices. Works directly with project teams, guiding, advising, and monitoring the execution of management rituals and work processes to ensure execution within quality and compliance standards.
