About The Position

The Service Delivery Ops Senior Manager plays a vital role in creating long term customer relationships, acting as the bridge between the client, internal and external stakeholders, and our operational delivery teams. Accountable for Service Delivery Operations or strategic complex part of a SDO within North America with a key focus on the incubation services we deliver to our client. Needs someone with Incubation work experience and deep client relationship to maintain and grow this business. Key Responsibilities: Focus on being agile, flexible to meet the requirements of our client’s programs. Fosters trusted client relationships, maintains proactive client and key stakeholder communication to ensure ongoing alignment and management of expectations. Manages and owns the service quality, cost, and leadership of the people delivering service. Lead the delivery strategy to meet or exceed clients Outcomes and our Value proposition. Grow the business through noiseless delivery. Confidently and proactively support sales through solutioning, lead the execution of the solution plan to achieve the delivery and commercial expectations of Accenture offerings. Sustainable Business Performance: Has accountability for and track record of successful business results. Influence and Relationships: Pursues and cultivates business relationships and alliances at the Senior middle management levels. Strategic Perspective Role: Growing understanding of the business strategy to be able to act as an advocate and influencer of others. Value creation: share ideas relating to strategic opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Operations Delivery
  • Minimum 6 years of experience managing teams
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in the Inside Sales space
  • Incubation work experience
  • Deep client relationship to maintain and grow this business
