About The Position
Join our team as a Delivery Expert in Miami, United States! We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused individual to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to our valued customers. Pick up and deliver orders efficiently and safely to customers' homes or businesses Navigate through Miami's streets using GPS technology and local knowledge Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent customer service Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and restaurant staff Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies Troubleshoot and resolve any delivery-related issues that may arise Assist with basic food preparation or packaging tasks when necessary Provide feedback on route efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in using smartphones for navigation and order management apps
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling financial transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to lift and carry orders of up to 25 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with Miami's street layout and traffic patterns
- Reliable personal vehicle (may be required, depending on company policy)
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
- Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
