Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available to employees who have worked at least a year and average at least 32 hours per week, and the company abides by WA State sick pay requirements. While positions are initially part-time, there is an opportunity to transition to full-time based on store needs, training completion, reliability, and communication with management.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
  • Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
  • Possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
  • Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
  • Ability to communicate and interact respectfully and effectively with people across cultures, abilities, genders, ethnicities, and races.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Responsibilities

  • Operate all store equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
  • Prepare food products.
  • Receive and process telephone orders.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  • Clean equipment and the facility daily.
  • Deliver products by car to customer doors within a designated delivery area.
  • Deliver flyers and door hangers.
  • Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
  • Communicate and interact respectfully and effectively with people across cultures, abilities, genders, ethnicities, and races.
  • Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Make correct monetary change.
  • Utilize verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Demonstrate motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and accurate movements.
  • Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Utilize navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
  • Navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
